Neuromuscular massage is a type of therapeutic massage often used in conjunction with other forms of rehabilitation therapy that target muscles, ligaments, tendons and other connective tissue pain. The process works by using static pressure at specific myofascial points, which helps balance the central nervous system. Neuromuscular massage addresses a deficiency, trigger points, blood supply, nerve compression or entrapment, postural distortion, and biomechanical dysfunction to achieve pain relief.

How to perform neuromuscular massage correctly and as painlessly as possible?
